About the practice

Finding the right therapist is one of the most important parts of beginning therapy.

While every therapist has their own way of working,

but we share a relational, trauma-informed approach. We believe therapy begins with a relationship you can trust, and that people deserve to be understood rather than judged.

Some of us work primarily with trauma, others with neurodivergence or grief. What connects us is a shared belief that people make sense in the context of their lives, and that lasting change happens within a safe therapeutic relationship, built on curiosity, compassion and respect.

Each of us works independently and is responsible for the therapy we provide. Whether you're coming to therapy for the first time, or returning after some time away, our hope is that you'll find a therapist who feels like the right fit for you.

Below, you'll find a profile for each of us. Reading through them is the best way to get a sense of who we are, how we tend to work, and what we each bring beyond a shared approach and a shared address.

There's no wrong way to choose. Some people are drawn to a particular area of experience, others simply to how someone writes about their work. If you're still unsure after reading, you're welcome to get in touch and ask a few questions before deciding, or reach out to more than one of us. What matters most is finding someone you feel able to work with.
